Meat Loaf

| 1. | Pack 1 ½ lb (750 g) meat loaf mixture into 9- x 5-inch (2 L) loaf pan. Insert meat thermometer into centre of loaf avoiding bottom of pan. |
| 2. | Cook in 350°F (180°C) oven for 55-60 min until thermometer reads
160°F (71°C). Meat loaf is completely cooked at 160°F/71°C,
regardless of colour. |
| 3. | Tent with foil for 10 min before slicing. |
