Meat Loaf
1. Pack 1 ½ lb (750 g) meat loaf mixture into 9- x 5-inch (2 L) loaf pan. Insert meat thermometer into centre of loaf avoiding bottom of pan.
2. Cook in 350°F (180°C) oven for 55-60 min until thermometer reads 160°F (71°C). Meat loaf is completely cooked at 160°F/71°C, regardless of colour.
3. Tent with foil for 10 min before slicing.
