Meatballs
1. Place 1" (2.5 cm) meatballs in single layer on lightly oiled foil-lined, rimmed baking sheet.
2. Cook in 400° F (200° C) oven 15-20 min until centres AND juices show no pink colour.
3. Use immediately, refrigerate for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 4 months.
