Beef Sausage
1.	Preheat non-stick skillet, grill or pan over medium heat.
2.	Cover and pan-fry, grill or broil turning occasionally with tongs, 20-25 min until instant-read thermometer inserted lengthwise into centre of sausages reads 160ºF/71ºC. Beef sausages are completely cooked at 160°F/71°C, regardless of colour.
