PREPARATION TIME: 5 minutes
COOKING TIME: 4 minutes
DIRECTIONS

Split rolls along one side; wrap in foil and warm in oven. Heat a large lightly oiled skillet over medium heat, stir-fry beef and garlic for 2 minutes; remove beef. Add peppers and onion; stir-fry 2-3 minutes or until softened. Return beef and stir in cheese and Worcestershire sauce just to melt. Spoon mixture with sauce into rolls.

|
For a spicier version, substitute Mexican flavoured cheese spread and omit Worcestershire sauce. To make a meal for two, simply cut the recipe in half.
