Combine all ingredients except steaks in a Ziploc® freezer bag and massage to mix. Remove ¼ cup (50 mL) of the marinade and set aside. Add steaks to Ziploc® freezer bag and marinate in remaining mixture in the refrigerator 12-24 hours for marinating steaks and medallions, 10-15 minutes for grilling steaks. Grill or broil steaks turning only once or twice according to chart to desired doneness, basting with reserved marinade while grilling.
