PREPARATION TIME: 15 minutes
COOKING TIME: 10 minutes
DIRECTIONS

Heat in large, lightly oiled skillet over high heat; add steak and stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until no longer pink. Meanwhile, whisk sauce mix and 1 cup + 2 tbsp (280 mL) water together; add sauce and vegetables to skillet. Bring to boil stirring constantly; reduce heat, cover and cook 5 to 7 minutes or until vegetables are just tender. Add salt to taste and serve over mashed potatoes or egg noodles.
