PREPARATION TIME: 5 minutes
COOKING TIME: 10-12 minutes
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat barbecue or broiler.
2. Meanwhile, combine coffee, pepper, cumin and salt in large resealable freezer bag. Shake each steak separately in bag until evenly coated.
3. Grill, broil or pan-fry steaks for 5-6 minutes per side or until cooked to desired doneness.
