PREPARATION TIME: 10 minutes
COOKING TIME: 15 minutes
DIRECTIONS
1. Cook garlic, diced pepper, ground beef and gingerroot in large skillet using medium heat, stirring occasionally for 8-10 minutes, until browned and completely cooked. Drain if necessary.
2. Add soy sauce, chili sauce and sesame oil; reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 3-4 minutes.
3. Transfer to warm platter. At the table, let each person spoon the filling into lettuce leaves, top with a squeeze of lime juice, and add some favourite toppings. Simply pick up and eat by hand.

TIP
If you want a more traditional dish, serve the Korean Beef mixture over steamed rice with a drizzling of hoisin sauce to complete. As an appetizer course, spoon warm beef mixture into endive lettuce leaves.
