Brown beef in large skillet; drain any remaining fat. Stir in tomatoes, beans and green pepper. Bring to boil; simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with a crisp salad and your favourite bread. Makes 4-6 servings. TIP: Your choice of beans in this recipe should be based on your family�s preference. Either type works well alone or both can be used, especially if serving six. One cup of sliced mushrooms can also be added along with the green pepper, if desired.
