Brush 2 tbsp (30 mL) jalapeno sauce on both sides of steak; let stand while preparing salsa. Mix pineapple, remaining 1 tbsp (15 mL) jalapeno sauce, cucumber, onion, tomato, lime juice and coriander, if using. Grill steak 6-8 minutes or until desired doneness, turning only once. Slice diagonally across the grain and serve with fruit salsa. Makes 4-6 servings. TIP: To save time use small garden cucumbers - they have tender skins that don�t need peeling. To spice up the salsa, simply add more jalapeno sauce.
