1 1 recipe of Basic Ground Beef Mixture
1 1 sachet or 2 tsp (10 mL) instant beef bouillon powder
1 tbsp 15 mL Worcestershire sauce
1 cup 250 mL chopped mushrooms
1½ cup 375 mL mixed frozen vegetables
2 cups 500 mL mashed potatoes (leftover or instant mashed)

Combine basic ground beef mixture with beef bouillon, Worcestershire sauce, mushrooms and frozen mixed vegetables in 9 inch (22.5 cm) deep pie plate or casserole. Top with potatoes; bake in 350°F (180°C) oven for 50-60 minutes or until hot. Broil to brown and sprinkle with paprika and minced parsley.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.

TIP:  Plan ahead to have leftover mashed potatoes or use a prepared mash potato mix to save time.
