Split rolls along one side; wrap in foil and warm in oven. Heat a large oiled skillet over medium heat; stir-fry beef and garlic in hot skillet for 2 minutes; remove beef. Add peppers and onion; stir-fry 2-3 minutes or until softened. Return beef and stir in cheese and Worcestershire sauce just to melt. Spoon mixture with sauce into rolls. Makes 4 servings. TIP: For a spicier version substitute Mexican flavoured cheese spread and omit Worcestershire sauce.
