Greens become gourmet in just 15 minutes when savory beef meets Dijon. Bon appetit!

Prep Time: 10 min. Cook Time: 10 min.
 
1 lb 500 g Sirloin or Strip Loin Steak
3 tbsp 45 mL Dijon Mustard
½ tsp 2 mL Cracked pepper
2 tbsp 30 mL EACH red wine vinegar and mayonnaise
½ tsp 2 mL EACH sugar and crushed garlic
1 1 package (300 g) mixed salad greens
    Prepared croutons

Reserve 2 tablespoons (30 mL) mustard. Spread remainder on steak and top with pepper. Broil or grill steaks, about 5 minutes per side for medium. Meanwhile whisk together reserved mustard, vinegar, mayonnaise, sugar and garlic. Toss greens with dressing, reserving 2 tablespoons (30 mL) dressing for topping. Divide greens onto serving plates, top with croutons. Slice steaks into thin strips, place on greens, and drizzle with reserved dressing.
