Brown beef in a large saucepan; drain any remaining fat. Add seasoning mix, salsa, broth and 4 cups (1 L) of water. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice, cover and cook about 5 minutes. Stir in vegetables and heat through. Serve with nacho chips. TIP: Substitute soup pasta for rice and simmer just until pasta is tender. Makes 4 servings.
