This pizza-style sandwich is popular with all ages and is a cinch to make with deli roast beef. Any leftovers make a great totable lunch item.

Prep Time: 5 min. Cook Time: 12 - 15 min.
 
1 1 package (283 g)
refrigerated pizza crust
½ lb 250 g sliced deli or leftover cooked ROAST BEEF, thinly sliced
1/3 cup 75 mL pizza or spaghetti sauce
4 oz 125 g sliced Mozzarella cheese
2/3 cup 150 mL diced green or red pepper

Unroll pizza crust on lightly greased 15" x 10" (37.5 x 25 cm) baking sheet. Arrange roast beef slices lengthwise in the centre of dough. Spread pizza sauce on top of beef. Layer cheese slices on top; sprinkle peppers over cheese. Fold sides of dough over filling; pinch edges and ends to seal. Bake in 425°F (220°C) oven for 12-15 minutes or until brown. Cut into 8 thick slices. Serve with additional warm pizza sauce and salad, if desired.

TIP:  Substitute hot and spicy pizza sauce or jalapeno pepper cheese for a spicier version.
