Press 1 tbsp (15 mL) of seasoning on both sides of steaks. Mix remaining 1 tsp (5 mL) of seasoning with marmalade, vinegar, and ketchup. Grill steaks for 4-5 minutes, turn and brush with glaze. Grill another 4-5 minutes or until desired doneness. Spoon remaining glaze over steaks to serve. Makes 4 servings. TIP: Substitute Beef Strip Loin or Tenderloin Steaks for Rib Eye Steaks. Grill thick red or Spanish onion slices with beef and brush with glaze.
