Combine noodles, sour cream, cottage cheese and onions. Spoon half the
noodle mixture into a 2½ qt (2.5 L) greased shallow casserole. Cover
with half the basic ground
beef mixture; repeat layers. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake in
350°F (180°C) oven for 50 - 60 minutes or until thoroughly
heated.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
