Combine Seasoning Mix with juice, soy sauce and beef strips. Marinate
for 10 minutes in the refrigerator while preparing other ingredients. Heat a large lightly
oiled skillet or wok over high until it sizzles. Using a slotted spoon, add beef to
skillet, reserving marinade. Stir-fry beef for about 2-3 minutes until no longer pink. Add
green onions, peppers and remaining marinade and stir-fry for another 2 minutes. To serve,
fill plate with salad greens and cucumber slices. Top with hot stir-fry mixture and
garnish with peanuts, cilantro and mint.Makes 4 servings.
