[Home] Tangy Roast Beef Sandwich

½ cup 125 mL fat-free sour cream
½ cup 50 mL light spreadable cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp 30 mL prepared horseradish
1 loaf (16 oz), unsliced French or multigrain bread
½ cup 125 mL whole berry cranberry sauce
3 cups 750 mL thinly sliced roast beef (or deli roast beef)
1 bag  (250 mL) broccoli or cabbage cole slaw
Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl. Cut loaf in half horizontally. Spread horseradish mixture over cut sides of bread. Spread cranberry sauce over bottom half of bread; top with roast beef, broccoli cole slaw and top half of bread. Cut loaf into 6 portions.

Makes 6 servings.
