[Home] Mexi-Steak Flat Bread
It takes only a few minutes to get this recipe right. For a variation serve
in regular or flavoured wraps.
Preparation and Cooking Time:  20 minutes
1 lb 500 g Beef Stir-Fry Strips
1 cup 250 mL salsa
2 tbsp 30 mL lime juice
1/2 cup 125 mL shredded Monterey and Cheddar cheese
1 1 flatbread or pre-baked pizza crust

Marinate beef strips in 1/2 cup salsa and lime juice for 10 - 15 minutes. Meanwhile warm flatbread and spread with remaining salsa. Stir-fry beef strips with marinade for 2-3 minutes. Add hot strips to the flatbread and sprinkle with cheese. Broil just until cheese melts. Cut in wedges and serve with a side salad.
