In medium bowl mix BBQ sauce and chili powder. Set aside about 1/2 of sauce. Add beef cubes to remaining sauce in bowl, turning to coat. While cubes are marinating, pierce squash several times and microwave on HIGH for 4-5 minutes until just partially cooked. Cool slightly. Halve, seed and cut peppers and squash into 1 1/2" (4 cm) pieces. Alternately thread beef cubes, and vegetables onto metal skewers or soaked wooden skewers. Brush vegetables with reserved sauce and place kabobs on greased grill or under broiler. Close lid and cook for about 10-12 minutes until squash is crisp-tender and meat is medium rare.
