You're minutes away from appetizing Sassy Southwestern Fajitas with Bold Steak Sauce.

Prep Time: 5 min. Cook Time: 8 min.
 
1 lb 500 g Beef Stir-Fry Strips or Inside Round or Sirloin Tip Steak, cut into strips
½ cup 125 mL Bold Steak Sauce
2 tbsp 30 mL lime or lemon juice
1 - 2 tsp 5 - 10 mL minced garlic (1-2 cloves) or 1 tsp (5 mL) garlic powder
1 1 large green pepper, cut into strips
1 1 large onion, cut into strips
    Flour tortillas, warmed

Combine Bold Steak Sauce, lime juice and garlic; stir in beef until coated. Let stand a few minutes, if desired. Heat a large oiled skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef, stir-fry just until beef loses its pink colour and sauce thickens slightly. Remove beef. Saut� green pepper and onion just until tender crisp. Return beef to pan and toss with vegetables. Serve wrapped in flour tortillas garnished with cheese and salsa, if desired.

Makes 4 servings.

TIP:  Beef continues to cook during the standing time. Removing it from the skillet while cooking moist vegetables, keeps the beef tender and moist just the way you like it.
