Combine Bold Steak Sauce, lime juice and garlic; stir in beef until coated. Let stand a few minutes, if desired. Heat a large oiled skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef, stir-fry just until beef loses its pink colour and sauce thickens slightly. Remove beef. Saut� green pepper and onion just until tender crisp. Return beef to pan and toss with vegetables. Serve wrapped in flour tortillas garnished with cheese and salsa, if desired. Makes 4 servings. TIP: Beef continues to cook during the standing time. Removing it from the skillet while cooking moist vegetables, keeps the beef tender and moist just the way you like it.
