Combine spices and oil and press firmly onto both sides of steak. Cut meat
into 1 inch (2.5 cm) cubes and toss with lemon juice; let stand 5
minutes. Thread on skewers. Broil or grill on medium heat about 5 minutes,
turning once. (Do not overcook.) Combine sauce ingredients and serve with
skewered beef.
Makes 4 servings.
TIP: Dill pickle juice can be replaced with 1 tsp (5 mL) red
wine vinegar and ¼ tsp (1 mL) dried dill weed.
