Lean beef qualifies for Health Check™

All TRIMMED beef cuts, with the exception of short ribs, qualify for Health Check™. In order to meet the nutrition criterion of the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada, meat cuts must qualify as lean, i.e. no more than 10% fat. Lean and extra lean ground beef also qualify for Health Check™.
