The Beef Information Centre (BIC) doesn't own the images; we only purchase specific usage rights from our photographers. Please refer to BIC’s usage guidelines. If you are interested in using an image(s), send an e-mail to [email protected] and include the following information: Your name, company name, address, e-mail address, phone number and the name and address of the company for which the image is being requested, if different. Image number(s) you have chosen. A detailed description of where and how the image(s) will be used. This information is very important in determining if the requested use falls within the photographic rights for the selected image(s). Note that you must send a mailing address with your initial request, for invoicing purposes, in the event that you choose to purchase additional rights. You will be informed of this situation and can determine whether to purchase or not. Indicate if you wish to receive a recipe to accompany the image, if it is available. INCOMPLETE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED. You will receive an e-mail message with details on how to access the image(s). If your request is outside of the parameters of the photo rights agreement, the photographer will be copied on this e-mail and will include the photographer’s contact information so you can negotiate and purchase the rights to use this image for your project.
