The Canadian Partnership for Consumer Food Safety Education, in which the Beef Information Centre is an inaugural member, is committed to providing Canadians with information on safe food handling practices.
The Partnership’s consumer food safety awareness campaign Fight BAC!™ aims to inform consumers of the crucial, yet simple steps they can take to help keep their food safe. The key messages are: Chill, Separate, Clean and Cook.
